Tarangire is most famous for its baobaob trees and the elephants living there.
Tarangire is located about 120km from Arusha and is about 2600kmē big. This park is not only famous for the baobaob trees and the large amount of elephants, Tarangire is also famous as an ornithologists paradise while there are many different speices of birds in the park.
Some of the animal speices you can find in Tarangire are:
Eland, Lesser Kudu, Kongoni, Impala, Zebra, Gazelles, Buffalo, Wildebeest, Leopard, Elephant, Rhino, yellow-collared lovebird and Ashy Starling.
